If you are a tenant, always contact your letting agent or landlord first with any problem related to your flat or the block. They will decide the correct person to deal with it, either one of their own trades people or our managing agent. If they tell you it is a block problem and to contact the managing agent, use the contact details below.
If you are a leaseholder, contact the managing agent for any problems with the block or the public areas. For problems inside your flat, contact your own trades people or utility providers.
For general questions about the running of the block that aren't covered in the Leaseholders' or Tenants' handbook, you can contact one of the directors. The names and flat numbers of the current directors are displayed on the notice board in the rear lobby, near the lift. If you are not a resident, email the Residents Committee.
